Iphone users- Use Imapmyrun!

Awesome day. 2 great parts-

-Had a fantastic wrap for lunch (90 cal wheat wrap, baby spinach leaves, tomatoes, hummus, light balsamic vinegrette dressing) YUM.
-Went for a walk with my roomie and then decided to time my mile since i havent run outside in a while. Used the awesome ImapMyRun app on my iphone and my mile was 9:54. Pretty good for not having run outside in a bit. Im always better when the treadmill makes me run and sometimes i still go over ten. I am excited to start running outside again! I may even wake up and run a mile in the morning just to jumpstart my day. 

Hope anyone who is reading this is having an awesome week so far. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to!
